To maintain the natural radiance, we recommend wiping with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax will help preserve the finish.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your items?
Yes, all Radiance products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use conditions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
