At Radiance (Wood), we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timber products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. All returned items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the wooden product in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Ship to Workshop
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the piece for damages, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
